Yoga ezoterică integrală
14 September 2026Course of Integral Esoteric Yoga
Yoga is now in vogue, but there are few places in the Western world where this complex spiritual discipline is taught and practised in accordance with traditional guidelines, so that one can enjoy all its benefits.
What is missing from the modern approach? The theoretical foundation and traditional practical keys – particularly the esoteric keys – but also patience. Yoga, beyond its obvious physical and psycho-mental benefits, is neither fitness nor personal development, and it certainly cannot be learnt in a few hours or in two to three weeks.
Why yoga is superior to sport
The physical exercises in traditional yoga are predominantly static – harmonious postures that must be held in complete stillness, as relaxed as possible and, above all, with the appropriate concentration. These exercises stimulate not only the muscles and joints, but also the internal organs and the endocrine system. This, in fact, is the source of its truly special effects on health and mental well-being. Exercises for controlling and regulating the breath, when practised consistently and with the right concentration, energise us and help us to control our inner energies and our mind. After a yoga session, we feel energised (not exhausted, as we do after playing sport), but also relaxed, harmonious and in good spirits.

The overall effects of practising yoga
Practising any form of yoga trains our attention and power of concentration, calms us and brings us into deep mental harmony, whilst improving our health. Hatha Yoga is the quickest way to improve health and achieve excellent physical shape, but it also has considerable psycho-emotional effects. Practising Hatha Yoga poses for at least an hour every day makes your body harmonious, supple and agile; it helps you feel great, brimming with energy; it eliminates low moods and tension; it boosts your overall vitality and greatly increases your self-confidence. You will enjoy excellent vitality; you will actually feel as though you are rejuvenating (and this will be evident to others); you will achieve physical harmony without exhausting yourself; you will be able to awaken various qualities within yourself, become more resilient to exertion, improve your intellectual performance and achieve emotional balance.
Thirty minutes of daily meditation practice will bring about an inner balance which you will then learn to maintain throughout the day. Self-control, understanding, empathy, a sense of calm and harmony, as well as the gradual awakening of wisdom – all these are effects that emerge over time through persistent practice.
The best indicator of success in the practice of yoga – and an effect that is sure to occur in all persevering practitioners – is a sense of happiness. Especially if we approach yoga from its traditional, predominantly spiritual perspective, we will be delighted to realise that we are, in fact, learning how to be happy.
For whom is our Integral Esoteric Yoga course intended?
This Integral Esoteric Yoga course, which is addressed to all intelligent human beings endowed with common sense, is a wise combination of methods specific to various traditional branches of yoga, used to foster the harmonious development of every aspect of the human being: physical, emotional, mental, intellectual and spiritual. The course is aimed at anyone interested in traditional yoga, whether for its spiritual and psycho-mental benefits, to improve their health, to discover a new way of life, or to achieve a more harmonious body.
You do not need to be fit or flexible from the outset to practise yoga – through consistent yoga practice, you will soon achieve excellent physical condition. Yoga postures are far more effective when practised mindfully, yet they also help you to develop ever-greater mindfulness. Even in later life, you will be able to practise yoga postures selectively and gradually, so that you can achieve enviable health and flexibility. For young people, yoga teaches a disciplined way of life, enabling them to be self-reliant and to succeed in whatever they set out to do. The course is aimed at both women and men, encouraging everyone to discover and develop their potential in a harmonious way.

What you will learn in the Integral Esoteric Yoga course
In the Integral Esoteric Yoga course, you will learn Hatha Yoga techniques step by step, starting with warm-up exercises, as well as yogic relaxation, which is an essential part of any practical session. Right from the start, you will learn about the energy centres and how they can be energised through the practice of asanas, as well as other esoteric aspects that enhance the effectiveness of the techniques practised. Each week you will learn a new exercise, so that you will soon know a sufficiently large number of exercises to have a varied personal practice, tailored to your own needs and aspirations. You will also learn concentration and meditation techniques and will have the opportunity to receive some traditional yogic initiations.
How the Integral Esoteric Yoga course is structured
Each session includes a practical session – depending on the group’s level, this lasts between one and a half hours and two and a half hours, but always begins with warm-up exercises and ends with relaxation. Each technique learnt will be revisited, in rotation, over the following weeks. Most techniques are practised with your eyes closed so that you can perceive the flow of energies, and after each technique, there is a 1–2-minute period set aside to become aware of the effects. In each class, you will learn something new and will also receive a handout to help you study the techniques learnt and gain access to other valuable spiritual information.
By practising in the studio under the guidance of a qualified instructor, you will master the techniques correctly and have a model to follow for your personal practice; the results will be spectacular if you practise daily.
For the class, you’ll need a yoga mat and light sportswear that allows you to execute the techniques comfortably.
This yoga course can be of enormous help in whatever you set out to do, but it’s up to you to take the first step!
